Refund Policy

AISignature provides digital services that may be delivered immediately after purchase. This policy explains when refunds may be available.

Refund eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase. We may approve a refund when:

  • You were charged twice for the same purchase.
  • A billing error occurred.
  • A paid feature was unavailable because of a verified technical issue on our side.
  • You purchased a subscription but did not use paid generation credits or paid exports.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Used AI generation credits.
  • Completed downloads or exports.
  • Requests submitted after the 3-day window.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service.
  • Dissatisfaction with subjective creative results after the service has been used.

Subscription renewals

Renewal charges may be eligible for review if you contact us within 24 hours of the renewal and have not used paid features after the renewal.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with:

  • The email address on your account.
  • The order or invoice details.
  • The purchase date.
  • The reason for the refund request.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Payment processor fees or currency conversion differences may affect the final amount received.
