These Terms of Service govern your use of AISignature. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Service overview

AISignature provides browser-based tools for typed signature previews, AI-generated signature images, hand-drawn signatures, downloads, and related creative workflows. Features may change as the product evolves.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and activity under your account. Contact us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. User input and rights

You are responsible for the names, text, prompts, drawings, images, references, logos, and other materials you submit. You must have the rights needed to use those materials and to generate output from them.

4. Generated output

Subject to these terms and your plan, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial projects. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use, especially if they will appear on documents, public profiles, client work, or brand materials.

AISignature is not a legal identity verification service, e-signature compliance provider, notary service, or legal adviser. You are responsible for confirming whether a signature image is accepted for your intended use.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Paid features may be billed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Subscription access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated during checkout.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use AISignature to:

  • Violate laws or the rights of others.
  • Impersonate another person or forge a signature.
  • Generate hateful, abusive, exploitative, or illegal content.
  • Upload material you do not have permission to use.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, resell, or abuse the service.
  • Circumvent payment, security, rate limits, or access controls.

7. Intellectual property

AISignature, its product design, software, branding, and platform content are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect results, legal validity, or suitability for a specific purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISignature is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
